Make dinosaurs craft for kids
Maybe you’d like to use dinosaurs to print out for your children’s arts and crafts? You can teach them more about all the information of the dinosaurs with these templates. Also, you can discuss the dinosaurs as you both cut out a dinosaur and color it in with color it with blue, brown, black, red, purple, yellow...! A lesson on how dinosaurs are created would be a hit for Kindergarten through 2nd graders, I’m sure!
I have done the craft dinosaur idea with my kids and they loved it. It's an easy craft that doesn't really create a big difficult. And, it doesn't call for a bunch of materials: Just print dinosaur template from Dinosaur Coloring Pages with crayons, scissors, and glue.
Mamas of young kids aren’t the only ones who can use this craft idea either. Dinosaurs craft are perfect for Kindergarten students. They will have fun coloring, cutting, pasting these dinosaurs to the template and it keeps them busy on a rainy spring day when they can't go outside for recess.
Dinosaurs To Print out for the classroom
For Kindergarten teachers, you can use this dinosaur template to create an idea about spring bulletin board with all types of dinosaurs as T-Rex, Velociraptor, Gorgosaurus, Spinosaurus, Ankylosaurus ... Adding butterflies, bees, flowers and other natural patterns for the season.
And If your students have their names printed on their desks, print out this dinosaur to use as name tags. The small dinosaur templates in this post are perfect for this project since they won’t take up a huge space on the desk.
I think with the above ideas, this is a welcomed change for Mamas or Teachers. Bursts of color can really help brighten the mood for kids.
Below a list of free resources to make your children smile! Your kids can use for coloring or painting. My son loves coloring pages but he loves painting them the most.
Tyrannosaur (Rex) coloring pages
And a few Tyrannosaur facts to go with it.
No one knows why T-Rex has such small hands (funny isn’t it?).
T-Rex lived 70 million years ago but he wasn’t the first Tyrannosaur – they started “ruling” the Earth about 165 million years ago.
They were carnivores.
Stegosaurus coloring pages
One stegosaurus is mingling with T-Rex but others you can find here.
They are famous for their bone plates but no one knows what was their actual purpose
They were herbivores.
Apatosaurus and Brontosaurus coloring pages
Apatosaurus and Brontosaurus were long thought to be two species but it was determined later that they are the same and now they go by the name Apatosaurus (I was always more keen on Brontosaurus though).
Adults could weight up to 40 tons.
No one knows how they could be held their neck.
Triceratops coloring pages
3 horns and a massive skull? What’s not to love?
Giganotosaurus coloring pages
Part of what has made Giganotosaurus so famous, so quickly, is the fact that it slightly outweighed Tyrannosaurus Rex: full-grown adults may have tipped the scales at about 10 tons, compared to a little over nine tons for a female T. Rex.
This is a perfect game for stimulating the creativity of a baby, toddler or school student. But it's also a lot of fun for a teenager or adult. If you or your little boy or girl loves dinos and likes to color or draw, this game is great.
By simply coloring or painting these dinosaur pages, your kids are also learning dinosaur identification as well as fine motor skills.
